Administrative Specialist

This role is much more than greeting guests — you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, supporting payroll, coordinating timecards, managing shipping and receiving, and assisting executives when needed. Every day will bring something new and rewarding. What You’ll Do: Welcome clients, guests, and team members with warmth and professionalism — you’re the first impression of Creative Environments! Handle incoming calls, route messages, and enter potential customer leads into our CRM. Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. Support payroll processes, including timecard reviews and basic payroll functions. Oversee shipping, receiving, and subcontractor documentation (insurance, payments, etc.). Keep our beverage and snack area stocked to ensure every visitor feels welcomed. Provide occasional executive assistance and general office support as needed.
