What You'll Be Doing Leading projects from planning consent through to Practical Completion. Working with top-tier architects, designers, and contractors to deliver exceptional spaces. Building strong relationships with stakeholders including investors, planning authorities, and community groups. Driving innovation, quality, and efficiency in every stage of development. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. What We're Looking For A Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field. A proven track record managing development projects in hospitality, residential, or PBSA. Strong leadership skills with the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders.
