The Role – Sous Chef We’re searching for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join this passionate, driven kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently outstanding dishes and a memorable dining experience. You’ll be hands-on in the kitchen, leading by example, inspiring junior chefs, and helping to maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and service.
