We are on the lookout for a Senior Cluster Community Manager to join our vibrant Rapport team in Paddington . You will lead a talented group of Community Managers and Coordinators, creating spaces where people feel inspired, connected, and valued. Working alongside a dynamic mix of Community Managers, Coordinators, Hosts, and an Events Manager, you will bring people together and make every day feel like something special. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; on a shift rota basis between 7 AM - 7 PM). Ideal start date: 1 January 2026 What will you get? Main responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating, coaching, and developing team members to achieve both individual and organisational goals. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement across all processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and the highest operational standards. Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture that delivers exceptional service, satisfaction, and loyalty at every point of interaction. Community Building & Engagement Events: Plan and execute impactful community initiatives and events that strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility. Financial & Performance Management: Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking to support sustainable business growth. Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost control measures: Regularly review financial performance to ensure budgets are adhered to, targets are met, and cost efficiencies are maximised. Analyse performance metrics and implement improvement plans: Use data-driven insights to identify performance gaps and execute targeted strategies for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and drive shared success.
