Job Role: Yards Person Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Salary: £27,000–£30,000 per annum Hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Package: £27,000–£30,000 annual salary Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule (no weekends) 23 days annual leave bank holidays Pension scheme Full training and development opportunities, including mechanical upskilling Supportive team environment with long-term career prospects The Responsibilities: Clean and maintain plant equipment and workshop areas Drive to suppliers to collect tools, parts, and materials Carry out painting, sweeping, and general yard duties Assist with basic mechanical tasks under supervision Ensure the yard and workshop are kept safe, tidy, and well-organized Support the engineering and signage teams with ad hoc tasks The Requirements: Full UK driving licence Hands-on, practical mindset with a willingness to learn Reliable, self-motivated, and physically fit Interest in mechanical development and open to training Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
