Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily F&B operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences Supervise and support team members to achieve service excellence Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and food safety standards Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships effectively Implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly About You The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an F&B or Restaurant Manager within a hotel or hospitality environment. You will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to balance hands-on operations with strategic oversight.
