Construction Site Manager – Hotel & Retail Projects Wolverhampton (Site-Based) 12-Month Direct Contract £70,000 per annum | 50 hours per week (07:00 – 18:00) Company Phone | BUPA Healthcare | Pension | Monthly Pay We’re looking for an experienced Construction Site Project Manager with a strong background in hotel and retail refurbishments. You’ll lead all site activities, managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time, and to high standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate all on-site works and project schedules * Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure smooth delivery * Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance * Act as main contact for clients and consultants * Keep accurate site records, reports, and documentation * Manage logistics, resources, and deliveries * Oversee snagging, handovers, and aftercare Requirements: * Proven experience managing hotel and retail fit-out/refurb projects * Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and finishes * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Able to manage tight programmes and live environments * Solid understanding of health & safety (SMSTS/SSSTS preferred) * Proficient in MS Office and site management software Qualifications: * SMSTS (essential) * CSCS Manager’s Card * First Aid at Work * Trade background or Degree in Construction Management (preferred) Benefits: * £70,000 per annum (direct, PAYE) * 50 hours per week | 07:00 – 18:00 * Company phone provided * BUPA Healthcare & Cash Plan (after 6 months) * Auto-enrolment pension (5% employee / 3% employer) * Monthly BACS payment
