Key Responsibilities: To prepare Public areas as allocated. Be constantly aware of guest needs and recognise the expectations of guests. To anticipate guest requirements and take appropriate action to avoid guest complaints. To ensure that any guest complaints are reported to the Head or Deputy Head Housekeeper. To act as a Sales Person, promoting the image of the Hotel at all times.
