Front of House Receptionist- Belfast City Centre Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 (DOE) Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm | Office Based We are delighted to be recruiting a Front of House Receptionist to join a highly regarded professional organisation based in Belfast City Centre. It is an excellent opportunity to become the first point of contact for members, clients, and visitors, while delivering a high-quality, professional service. Key Responsibilities: * Meet and greet all visitors, members, and clients in a professional manner. * Provide an exceptional end-to-end service for members and external clients. * Answer and manage all incoming reception switchboard calls, fielding enquiries across the organisation as required. * Oversee and manage bookings for meeting spaces, ensuring smooth coordination and professional standards. * Ensure all meeting rooms are set up correctly and maintained to agreed procedures. * Manage refreshments provision, including catering orders, set-up, tidying, and replenishment. * Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Previous experience in a Front of House, Reception, or hospitality role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * A proactive and flexible attitude with attention to detail.
