Chef - Portsmouth

Chef Location: Portsmouth Salary: £15 - £17 per hour Shifts - on rota (must be flexable) A Chef is required to join a busy kitchen, preparing fresh meals to a high standard. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering quality food. Key Responsibilities for a Chef: Preparing, cooking and presenting meals in line with menu specifications Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Supporting with menu planning, stock control and deliveries Working collaboratively with the kitchen and service team Ensuring all food safety, allergen and HACCP procedures are followedRequirements for a Chef: Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality Reliable, organised and a strong team player Relevant catering qualification preferred but not essentialMust have: Food Hygine level 2 Own tranport - car or bike or bicyle due to location not being accceable via public tranport If this roe is of interest please apply
