Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details: • Work day shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Work in cath lab procedural area with 3 holding bays and 2 cath suites • Patient ratio of 3 staff to 1 patient • Must take on-call responsibilities with rest of team • Must be housed within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab • Required certifications: ACLS • 2 years cath lab experience required • Holding experience and monitoring experience preferred • Work with GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment • Use Meditech EMR system • Perform typical procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention • Assist with pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests • Must demonstrate positive and flexible personality • Engage in high quality patient care Facility: This healthcare facility features a modern cardiac catheterization lab with advanced technology and equipment.
