Registered Nurse Job Details Assignment Type: Travel RN position Location: Zanesville, OH 43701 (Ohio nursing jobs) Unit: Med-Surg Adult (Primary: 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit; may float to Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders, etc.) Start Date: November 17, 2025 End Date: February 16, 2026 Duration: 13-week nursing contract Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), every other weekend required Hours per Week: 36 (12-hour shifts) On-Site Registered Nurse position Med/Surg RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Ohio or compact state) Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience (must be able to read Telemetry; competency will be tested on day one) Proficiency with Epic EMR (no refresher or 1:1 training provided) Active BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred) Ability to float between various Medical-Surgical units as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Registered Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients on the Med-Surg unit and other designated healthcare units as needed Monitor and interpret Telemetry readings; respond promptly to changes in patient condition Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide compassionate support to patients and their families Adhere to all facility policies and procedures Work every other weekend as scheduled Apply now to join our healthcare team as a Travel Med/Surg RN in Zanesville, Ohio, and make a difference in patient care!
