You could be assisting anything from a high-profile complex deal to providing day-to-day support and project work. Corporate Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Working alongside partners, associates, knowledge lawyers, trainees, and fellow paralegals, you will use your own initiative and organisational skills to achieve key deadlines Assist with transaction document execution and post completion matters Conduct legal research, pre completion searches, and Companies House filings Bible creation including preparing and rolling out ancillary documents Verifications and due diligence Setting up and managing data rooms Corporate Paralegal Skills & Requirements: Completed a Law degree (2:1 and above), GDL, LPC or have previous relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience) A keen interest in the Corporate practice area An interest in AI use / tech platforms
