Qualifications: QuickBooks, Excel, MSOffice Strong writing skills Valid DL and reliable car 5 years of Personal and Executive Assistant experience Real estate background a plus Responsibilities: Travel between offices, homes, and projects Heavy travel arrangements, domestic and international Oversee real estate projects (insurance, vendor payment, task lists, etc.) Reconcile bank accounts Pay bills Grab coffee, arrange meetings, pick up supplies, and perform other personal duties Our client believes in work/life balance and lives it himself.
