Med/Surg Tele RN Job Details Location: Cleveland, OH 44119 – Explore Lake Erie views, diverse dining, parks, and cultural attractions Healthcare Setting: 8th Floor Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit Employment Type: Travel Nursing Start Date: October 3, 2025 End Date: January 2, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36 Nursing Shift: Night, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00pm – 7:30am) Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,780 – $1,910 Med/Surg Telemetry RN Qualifications Active Ohio RN license or Compact State Registered Nurse license Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications Recent Epic charting experience (within last 6 months) One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or Charge RN in Med/Surg Tele specialty Ability to work at least every other holiday during contract Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition Document patient care using the Epic electronic health record system Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Participate in unit-based assessments and ongoing nursing education Float to similar medical-surgical or telemetry units as needed Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations Take the next step in your travel nursing career with this rewarding Med/Surg Telemetry RN job in Cleveland, Ohio.
