Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our property management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the front desk Provide administrative support to the property management team. Coordinate tenant communications, lease agreements, and vendor relationships. Maintain property records and update databases. Schedule maintenance requests and follow-up with contractors. Answer phone calls, emails, and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner. Calling prospective tenants Qualifications: 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in property management or real estate. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in Appfolio is a plus but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
