Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description Job Description We are a busy & growing window & door company located in Lake Worth Beach. We are looking for a scheduling coordinator to join our team. Position is full time, Monday-Friday 8-5. Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, & coordination of our service schedule. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. We are willing to invest & train the right person but excellent phone skills are a must! We need someone who is confident speaking to a variety of people over the phone on a daily basis & has an upbeat & positive attitude. Compensation is based on experience with a potential for monthly bonuses. Fluent in Spanish is a plus. Company Description Installation of new impact rated windows, doors, & garage doors.
