Opportunity: RN - ED Job Details: • Work variable 3x12 hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week • Must float between Emergency Department and Medical Surgery as needed (all staff are cross-trained) • 1 year Emergency Department experience required • Required certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS from AHA only • Patient ratios approximately 1:3 in ED (varies, estimates not guarantees) • Work with EMR system: EPIC • Dress code requirement: Black scrubs • Must be a team player with positive and outgoing personality • Responsibilities include working in ED and providing oversight to medical surgery department • Perform initial assessments and assist other nurses as needed • Care for ED, inpatient, observation, and swing bed patients Facility: This 25-bed critical access hospital serves the community of Blaine County in western Oklahoma.
