Activity Aide

Job Description The Activity Aide will work under the supervision of the Programs Manager to provide meaningful recreational, social and therapeutic activities for residents in long term care. This role is responsible for assisting, planning, organization and implementation of programs to residents. The Activity Aide encourages resident participation, adapts programs to meet individual needs and abilities. Duties include preparing and leading group and 1:1 programming, assisting with outings and special events, maintaining supplies and documenting resident participation. Time Type: Part time
