Production operator (5 shifts)

Are you the dedicated Production/Forklift Operator we’re looking for at a recycling company in Waalwijk?We’re offering a full-time position in a dynamic 5-shift schedule. With your forklift license and VCA certificate, you put safety and efficiency first — and if you don’t have them yet, you can obtain them internally. As a production worker, you’ll be stationed at one of the sorting lines, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly. You’ll monitor the supply of plastic, make sure the machines keep running properly, and help prevent malfunctions wherever possible. The sorted plastic is then transported with a forklift to the correct area on site. Don’t worry if you’re not technically skilled yet — experienced mechanics and supervisors are on hand to handle any technical issues. You’ll naturally pick up more knowledge about the machines and the process as you go. There’s also a second hall where forklift work is the main task. Here, you’ll move large big bags, scanning and placing them in the correct locations. This part of the job is more similar to warehouse work and requires accuracy and good organization.
