General Manager Restaurant

Job Description Job Description We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our fast-paced bar & restaurant. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in hospitality, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Run daily bar/restaurant operations Hire, train & manage FOH/BOH staff Deliver excellent guest experiences Monitor inventory, ordering & cost control Drive sales, promotions & events Ensure health, safety & alcohol compliance Take initiative and work independently to solve problems and improve operations What We’re Looking For: 3 years of management experience (restaurant/bar preferred) Strong leadership & communication skills Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of results Knowledge of P&L, scheduling & POS systems (Toast a plus) ServSafe/RAMP certification preferred but not mandatory Perks: Competitive salary bonus opportunities Meal & drink discounts Growth potential with an established brand
