Eden is a PT owned and operated business. We are looking to hire for the Middlesex County. Responsibilities and Duties Completes all patient evaluations and develops the plan of care within guidelines Provides services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of physical therapy Qualifications and Skills PT licensure from accredited program Valid license to practice physical therapy within the state of Massachusetts 1-2 years home health experience Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state regulations Current CPR/BLS certification Benefits Highly competitive pay Ongoing training and development Flexible scheduling EDEN is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
