Finance Director (Hospitality)

Overview The Finance Director will oversee all financial operations and strategies within the company. Responsibilities Lead full spectrum finance function, overseeing 5 headcounts in the team Partner with the General Manager and department heads to provide actionable financial insights and decision support Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive business results Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools to improve visibility and accountability Evaluate pricing strategies, and capital projects to ensure optimal ROI Collaborate cross-functionally to identify revenue growth and cost optimization opportunities Oversee all accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data Establish and improve internal controls, workflows, and financial systems to support a scalable operation Ensure timely month-end closings, financial statements, and audit readiness Manage cash flow, working capital, and expense control to maintain financial health Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with over 15 years of professional experience Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, strategic business partnering, and process improvement Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders Comfortable working in a matrix reporting environment; hands-on, solution-oriented, and adaptable Job Offer Opportunities to work with a unique hospitality concept, contributing to the tourism blueprint Collaborative and professional working environment Michael Page International Pte Ltd.
