You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and operations teams to bring ideas to life, and with the infrastructure team to make sure what we build scales reliably What you'll do Build and maintain features that power hundreds of restaurants across the web and mobile Talk to users, understand their problems, and design solutions they’ll love Work across backend (Ruby, Postgres) and frontend (React, React Native and JavaScript) systems Write clean, reliable, and maintainable code that’s easy to build upon Collaborate with designers, operations, and fellow engineers to ship quickly and safely Continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience Required skills and experience 6 years of software engineering experience You write high-quality, well-tested code Strong coding skills in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript Experience working with PostgreSQL Experience in GraphQL or willingness to learn Focusing on delighting customers, having abnormally high standards and being extremely reliable You’ll go great here if You care deeply about both product and engineering craft You’ve built or scaled web applications using Ruby on Rails and React You enjoy working closely with users and seeing your work in the real world You think in systems, balancing product intuition with technical depth You like ownership—seeing projects through from idea to rollout What’s in it for you Work with a fast‑growing, at the same time, lean and mean team, to make a real‑world impact Have a lot of ownership and drive your own results and progression Smart people who sweat the details and push for the highest standards Training and in‑house opportunities to help you grow Other benefits include a competitive compensation package, birthday leave and sick leave J-18808-Ljbffr
