The company is an innovative food producer in Europe, specializing in poultry and other ingredients. Their range of products includes meal components and ready-made meals, such as salads. There is an increasing focus on vegetables and alternative proteins. The products can be found in supermarket coolers and quick-service restaurants. At the production location in Ommel, there are around 700 employees. The location carefully processes poultry parts and produces around 250,000 products daily, including ready-to-eat chicken wings and large packs of chicken fillet. As a Team Leader for Packaging, you are the crucial link that ensures our products are neatly packaged and placed on the shelves. You will lead the packaging department, consisting of ten production lines, and directly supervise ten line operators while indirectly managing 90 employees.
