Italian Speaking Customer Service for Automotive industry

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Automotive Industry team. In this key role' you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers' assisting them with inquiries related to automotive products' services' and support. Your responsibilities will include addressing questions about vehicle features' troubleshooting issues' and providing guidance on automotive queries. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer support in Italian for inquiries related to automotive products and services. - Assist customers with information about vehicle features' maintenance' and service options. - Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions for customer concerns. - Document customer interactions accurately to maintain clear communication records. - Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure customer needs are met. - Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product offerings to provide informed assistance. - Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and product development. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' preferably within the automotive industry. - Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. - Technical understanding of automotive products is a plus. - Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is advantageous. - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays if necessary.
