In this important role' you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients as they navigate their real estate needs. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries about properties' assisting with the buying and renting processes' and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their real estate journey. Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian for inquiries related to real estate services. - Assist clients with property searches' viewings' and the buying or rental processes. - Provide accurate information on property details' market conditions' and financing options. - Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency. - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. - Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to meet client needs. - Stay updated on market trends and regulations to offer informed assistance. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' preferably in the real estate or property sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to handle multiple inquiries and assist clients effectively. - Familiarity with property management software or CRM systems is a plus. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' if required.
