Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service in Italian for inquiries related to our social media services. - Assist clients with account management' content strategies' and platform features. - Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. - Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and feedback. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of queries. - Stay updated on social media trends' platform updates' and best practices to effectively assist clients. - Gather customer feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' particularly in the social media or tech industry is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer engagement. - Technical affinity with a willingness to learn about social media tools and strategies. - Experience with customer service software or support platforms is a plus. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' when necessary.
