Italian Speaking Customer Service for Energy (Oil & Gas) industry

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Energy (Oil &, Gas) industry team. In this important role' you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients in the energy sector' addressing inquiries related to our products and services. Your responsibilities will include managing customer communications' assisting with order processing' and resolving any service-related issues. If you have a strong background in customer service' a keen interest in the energy sector' and excellent communication skills' we would be thrilled to have you as part of our team. Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian to clients in the energy industry. - Assist customers with inquiries regarding products' services' and order status. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Document interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding inquiries. - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively. - Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide informed assistance. - Gather customer feedback to help improve service delivery and offerings. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' preferably in the energy sector or a technical field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction. - Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries effectively. - Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is an advantage. - Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' as business needs dictate.
