Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team focused on the construction industry. In this critical role' you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients' assisting them with inquiries related to construction projects' materials' and services. Your responsibilities will encompass addressing customer questions' coordinating project details' and ensuring a smooth communication flow between clients and our service teams. Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian for inquiries related to construction projects and services. - Assist clients with project specifications' timelines' and materials usage. - Provide accurate information and documentation to support customer projects. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. - Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure client satisfaction. - Stay informed about industry trends and construction practices to assist customers effectively. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' preferably in the construction or related industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing excellent customer care. - Ability to manage multiple inquiries and projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with customer service software or project management tools is advantageous. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
