Position Summary: We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager Front Office, who will utilize their strong interpersonal and organizational skills in a head office based role. This role will provide reception coverage as well as day to day administrative support to one of our top Office including but not limited to Hotel Managers, New Business and Human Resources. Main duties of this role: General office duties. Ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing the front office team. Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times. coordinating with other departments for room readiness, and handling guest complaints and queries. You also play a key role in training and developing front office staff. Ensuring they deliver the highest standards of service. Your responsibilities include managing room reservations. coordinating with other departments for room readiness, and handling guest complaints and queries. Your leadership and management skills are essential in maintaining a productive and motivated team. Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties. Education &, Experience: Not less than 1 years working experience. Proven experience working in a fast-paced Administration/Reception role. High attention to detail. Analytical &, problem solving skills. Please Note The Following: Monthly Salary: 4,800GBP and above depending on level of experience. Preferred Language of Resume/Application: English. Working experience should be at least 1 years working experience.
