In this role' you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers in the food and beverage sector. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries regarding product information' order placement' and service issues' while ensuring a delightful experience. Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer service in Italian for inquiries related to the food and beverage industry. - Assist customers with product selection' order placement' and resolving any service-related issues. - Offer comprehensive information about products' promotions' and company policies. - Resolve customer complaints professionally' ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality. - Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist our customers. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' preferably within the food and beverage sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Capability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively. - Familiarity with customer service software or ticketing systems is a plus. - Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' as needed.
