Mercier Consultancy is seeking a skilled Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Banking Division. In this crucial role' you will provide top-tier support to our Italian-speaking clients' assisting them with various banking products and services while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you handle inquiries related to account management' loan applications' financial products' and transactions. You will play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and trust in our banking services.
