In this dynamic position' you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers' ensuring they receive top-quality support and assistance throughout their experience with us. Your role will involve addressing inquiries' resolving issues' and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities - Engage with Italian-speaking customers through phone' email' and chat' offering prompt and friendly service. - Address customer inquiries' providing accurate information about our products and services. - Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints' ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. - Collect feedback from customers to contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality. - Offer personalized recommendations to meet the unique needs of each customer. - Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on company offerings and industry trends to provide effective assistance. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both spoken and written. - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage. - Strong communication skills and a friendly' approachable demeanor. - Ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain a positive outlook. - Capacity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with customer service tools and technology is beneficial. - Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules as needed.
