Italian Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing industry

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in the Manufacturing Industry. In this important role' you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking customers who rely on our products and services. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries related to product information' order status' delivery schedules' and resolving any issues that may arise. If you have a passion for customer service' an understanding of the manufacturing sector' and excellent communication skills' we would be delighted to have you on board. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service in Italian for inquiries related to manufacturing products and services. - Assist customers with order processing' status updates' and delivery inquiries. - Resolve issues and complaints effectively' ensuring customer satisfaction. - Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately. - Collaborate with production and logistics teams to address customer concerns promptly. - Stay informed about product specifications and industry trends to assist customers better. - Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' particularly in the manufacturing industry' is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing excellent customer care. - Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries effectively. - Familiarity with customer service software or order management systems is advantageous. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' as required.
