In this crucial position' you will assist our Italian-speaking customers with a wide range of transportation inquiries. Your responsibilities will include handling questions about schedules' ticketing' routes' and fare information' as well as addressing customer complaints and providing solutions. If you are passionate about the transportation sector and excel in customer service' we would love to have you join our dedicated team. Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer service in Italian for inquiries related to transportation services. - Assist customers with ticket purchases' cancellations' and adjustments to their travel plans. - Provide accurate' up-to-date information about transportation schedules' routes' and pricing. - Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally. - Document customer interactions accurately for record-keeping. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery. - Stay informed about changes in services' pricing' and policies within the transportation industry. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' particularly within the transportation or travel sectors is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer care. - Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks effectively. - Familiarity with ticketing systems or customer service software is advantageous. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' as necessary.
