Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Pharmaceuticals Department. In this crucial role' you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients in the pharmaceuticals industry. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries related to our pharmaceutical products' addressing customer concerns' and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities - Provide high-quality customer service in Italian for inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and services. - Assist customers with product information' orders' and returns. - Manage customer concerns and complaints effectively while adhering to industry regulations. - Document customer interactions accurately for compliance and quality control. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. - Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and product updates to provide informed support. - Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceuticals sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care and compliance. - Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is advantageous. - Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' if required.
