Italian Speaking Customer Care Agent

In this role' you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers' ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries in Italian through various channels including phone' email' and live chat. - Assist customers with issues related to orders' product information' and account management. - Document interactions accurately in our CRM system to track customer engagement and service quality. - Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance the customer experience. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge' company policies' and service enhancements to provide accurate information. - Collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement. - Participate in training and development sessions to sharpen customer service skills. Requirements - Fluency in both Italian and English is essential, knowledge of additional languages is a plus. - Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. - Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer care and satisfaction. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism. - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools is advantageous. - A proactive team player who can also work independently. - Flexibility to work varied hours' including evenings and weekends as needed. - A positive demeanor and a genuine desire to assist customers effectively.
