Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Healthcare Industry team. In this vital role' you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers within the healthcare sector. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries related to healthcare services' assisting with appointment scheduling' and providing information about products and policies. Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian for inquiries related to healthcare services. - Assist customers with appointment scheduling' cancellations' and rescheduling. - Provide detailed information on healthcare products' services' and policies. - Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. - Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively. - Stay informed about healthcare regulations and industry changes to better assist customers. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' preferably in the healthcare sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care. - Ability to manage inquiries effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor. - Familiarity with customer service software or healthcare systems is a plus. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' as needed.
