Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in the Telecommunications industry. In this vital role' you will assist our Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries related to telecommunications services' including mobile plans' internet services' and billing issues. Your primary responsibilities will involve addressing customer questions' troubleshooting problems' and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian for inquiries related to telecommunications services. - Assist customers with account management' service activation' and troubleshooting technical issues. - Provide clear information on product features' mobile plans' and promotional offers. - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively' ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service requests. - Collaborate with technical and sales teams to meet customer needs promptly. - Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to assist customers accurately. Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' particularly in the telecommunications or tech sector is preferred. - Strong communication skills with a focus on customer needs. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions effectively. - Familiarity with customer service software or helpdesk systems is a plus. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays as needed.
