Job Description As a key figure in the Food &, Beverage team, the Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's signature dining outlet. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a hands-on role in team supervision, service coordination, and guest interaction, contributing to the excellence and reputation of the restaurant and the hotel overall.
