Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Operating Officer / Head of Operations to lead the business through its next phase of growth. The role will be instrumental in strengthening operational systems, improving profitability, and scaling outlet performance as the company transitions to a fully dedicated management structure. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of business operations and implement best-in‑class QSR standards across outlets. Drive operational excellence — managing margins, optimizing costs, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. Oversee outlet operations, workforce management, and franchise readiness. Develop and execute strategies to drive foot traffic and brand visibility through digital marketing, partnerships, and community activation. Partner closely with founders and senior leadership to align operational goals with the company’s creative and brand vision. Lead, mentor, and build high‑performing teams to deliver consistent execution and accountability. Manage P&L, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure sustainable growth. Champion a culture of innovation, quality, and operational discipline. Requirements Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operation, or similar Franchise model. Prior experience in brands such as McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Subway, or similar multi‑outlet concepts is highly advantageous. Proven ability to lead multi‑unit operations and scale new concepts or franchises. Strong commercial and analytical mindset with deep understanding of QSR metrics and performance drivers. Hands‑on leadership approach; able to balance strategic oversight with operational detail. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building skills. Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment. Open to senior profiles (COO or CEO‑track) — equity participation may be considered for candidates with relevant expertise.
