Your responsibilities include: Operating and setting up production equipment used in the cultivation process. Manually handling and processing products to maintain quality standards. Monitoring and ensuring hygiene and quality throughout the production process. Collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team in an informal work atmosphere. Contributing to a smooth workflow by being flexible and proactive in your tasks.
