Team Leader

Team Leader We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and confident Team Leader to join our café team based in White City, London. This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only be part of the day-to-day operations but also play a key role in leading and developing a small team across three small café outlets. What You’ll Be Doing: * Supporting the team with daily café duties including: * Serving customers with a smile * Clearing and resetting tables * Operating the till and cashing up * Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service * Monitoring performance and confidently addressing issues when team members aren’t meeting expectations * Keeping training files and staff records up to date across all three outlets * Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation are consistently met * Assisting with stock checks and ordering when needed What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in a similar café or hospitality setting * A natural leader who can motivate a team and hold people accountable in a supportive but firm way * Organised and able to manage tasks across multiple sites * Strong communication skills and attention to detail * Positive attitude and a can-do approach – no task is too big or small!
