Location : West Midlands Role : Commercial Gas Engineer with plumbing Package – £45,000 (40hrs )/ 258 days holiday/ travel - 15 mins /Van & fuel card/ PDA tablet /1 in 6 on-call stand by/ pension / tools ford transit 2019 or newer/ 8am start The Role We are currently recruiting for an HVAC Engineer who also holds their commercial to join our team. We are a West Midlands facilities management company who have been established for almost 10 years’ providing a wide range of services including Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas and Refrigeration services. We hold contracts with well know Hotel, as well as Schools, Universities and Colleges. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings Service and maintenance of all commercial gas boilers Meeting clients - Customer facing position Essential Qualifications / Experience: NVQ or similar in Plumbing Commercial gas qualifications – COCN1/CIGA1/ CORT1/CDGA1/ TPCP1/ TPCP1A/ ICPN1 Driver’s Licence Pass a DBS check Package: Basic Salary up to £45,000 on a 40 hour week Paid travel -15 mins On-call 1 in 6 - standby payment £100 Overtime x1.5 mon - sat Double time on Sundays and bank hols 25 days 8 bank holiday Pension Scheme Smart Phone PDA Uniform Fuel card Van – for transit 2019 or newer 8am start ENG1
