Project Coordinator – Technology Rollouts Are you experienced in coordinating fast-paced technology or rollout projects and ready to take the next step in your career? This opportunity is with a growing technology business delivering nationwide EPOS, kiosk, and digital hardware installations into the retail, hospitality, and quick service restaurant (QSR) sectors. You’ll be joining a well-established project delivery team in Altrincham, helping to manage large-scale technology deployments for major UK brands. The Role As Project Coordinator, you’ll work alongside Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of multiple rollout projects, managing schedules, documentation, suppliers, and site activities. You’ll play a key part in keeping each project organised, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating end-to-end EPOS, kiosk, and digital signage rollout projects • Scheduling engineers, managing site access, and maintaining documentation (RAMS, tracker updates, and reports) • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery • Producing project trackers, delivery reports, and status updates in Excel • Monitoring stock movements and supporting logistics planning • Assisting with budgeting, purchase orders, and invoicing accuracy • Supporting Project Managers with planning, risk management, and customer communication What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in project coordination, scheduling, or deployment support (ideally technology, construction, or logistics) • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive attitude • Confident using Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools • Experience preparing or managing RAMS and project documentation • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure • Ambitious and motivated to develop into a Project Manager role Why Apply? • Join a fast-growing technology business working with leading retail and hospitality brands • Genuine career progression into Project Management • Supportive team environment with ongoing development • Modern Altrincham office with parking and great transport links • Variety, pace, and responsibility from day one If you thrive in a busy, delivery-focused environment and enjoy bringing structure to complex projects, this could be a great next step.
