Operations Director – North West We’re supporting a major branded restaurant business with an established presence and ambitious growth plans across the North West. The business is entering an exciting new phase and now seeks a proven senior operator to take a key leadership position. This is a broad, hands-on role with significant autonomy and influence over both operational performance and strategic direction. The Role Lead a large, fast-paced operational region, ensuring commercial results, brand consistency, and team engagement. Play a central role in high-level decision making relating to property, finance, development, and growth strategy. Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver long-term business plans. Inspire, develop, and drive accountability across multiple operations and support functions. Ensure exceptional standards, efficiency, and customer experience are achieved across all locations. The Person Experienced multi-site operator within branded hospitality at Operations Director or above. Commercially astute, comfortable with financial reporting, investment planning, and business performance metrics. A self-starter with strong strategic judgement and the confidence to operate autonomously. Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver consistent results across complex operations. Decisive, agile, and passionate about building culture and standards. What’s on Offer Salary up to £120,000 plus strong performance-related bonus.
