This is a 22-hour-per-week, term-time only role, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 1:00pm. School Office Administrator P/T - About the Role As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Duties will include: * Managing the school’s front desk and answering telephone and email enquiries * Maintaining pupil records and handling attendance data * Supporting with admissions and general administrative tasks * Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies * Ensuring all school policies and procedures are followed in the office environment School admin experience is essential, preferably using systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or equivalent.
