Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Noodle Bar - Central London – c£50k bonus Employment Type: Full-time Location: Central London Salary: Up to £50,000 bonus Job Description: Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a Noodle Bar restaurant in central London. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service. * Ensure food quality and hygiene standards in accordance with UK regulations. * Oversee ordering, inventory management, and cost control to maintain efficient operations. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers and increase revenue. * Train, lead, and motivate the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Manage staff scheduling and foster a positive work environment. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in marketing and business growth strategies is highly desirable. * Knowledge of UK food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus. * Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage a team.
