The role will oversee daily operations and provide an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the daily operations of the cigar lounge, including staff supervision and customer service. * Ensure the highest standards of product knowledge, customer care, and compliance with relevant UK regulations. * Oversee ordering, stock management, and cost control for cigars and related products. * Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers. * Train, lead, and motivate the team to deliver excellent service and product expertise. * Manage staff scheduling and foster a welcoming, professional work environment. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: * Strong knowledge of cigars, cigar culture, and related products. * Previous management or supervisory experience is desirable. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
